Ravindranath is a graduate of Science from MES College, Bangalore. He is also a qualified Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and Company Secretary practising for the last 15 years specialising in audit and management consultancy work. He has also qualified Certified Public Accountant from USA. Over the years he has built a team of over 30 people and has opened associate branches in Delhi, Mumbai and Pune. Recently he has opened a branch in Dubai. He has passion towards speaking and participates in speaking competition. He is a regular faculty for CA students at the institute. He loves to be among students.

During the past 15 years of practise he has conducted a series of successful internal audits, Due Diligence audits, and forensic audits. He has acted as a part time CFO and Interim CFO for many of the small and mid-size companies and also for the start-ups.

He has cleared his Registered Valuer Exams conducted by IBBI during the month of January 2019 and had an opportunity to value many companies. He was a core member to value Embassy REIT.
